Bean Magic:eat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the drained beans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and let the warm through for a couple of minutes. Make It Creamy:Stir in the sour cream, parmesan, and nutritional yeast. Let everything mingle for another minute until it turns into a velvety,cheesy and garlicky dream. If it looks too thick, add a splash of water to loosen it up. Toast Time:Toast your sourdough until it’s golden and crispy—because soggy bread is a crime. Slather on as much butter as your heart desires. Personally, I go to TANDSMØR (a Danish term meaning “tooth butter”)—if you can’t see your teeth marks in the butter, you haven’t used enough! Assemble & Enjoy:Pile the creamy beans onto your crispy sourdough, top with extra parmesan and a crack of black pepper, and devour immediately.
