Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 tbsp salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp  ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Prep the Sweet Potatoes:
    Start by washing and peeling the sweet potatoes. Peeling is optional—the skin adds a rustic texture and extra fiber. Cut them into uniform ½-inch thick fries. This helps them cook evenly.
  • Season the Fries:
    In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne if you’re feeling spicy. Make

    Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Preheating helps the fries start crisping up immediately, just like when you preheat an oven.
